“Diversification and increase of production capacity at FLEXON - ALL SRL”
FLEXON - ALL SRL is implementing the project entitled “Diversification and increase of the production capacity of FLEXON - ALL SRL”, code SMIS 328921, financed under the South-Muntenia Regional Program 2021-2027, Priority P1 - A competitive region through innovation, digitalization, and dynamic enterprises, Specific Objective RSO 1.3. - Intensifying sustainable growth and increasing the competitiveness of SMEs and creating jobs within SMEs, including through productive investments, Call PRSM/267/PRSM_P1/OP1/RSO1.3/PRSM_A44.
Implementation location: Prahova County, Ploiești Municipality.
The overall objective of the project is to improve the economic competitiveness of Flexon-All and strengthen its market position through competitive advantages that will enable it to increase its target market size. The aim is that, thanks to specific technological capabilities, state-of-the-art, high-performance tangible and intangible assets, the company will develop its business by targeting the development of new products, increasing productivity, and consolidating competitive advantages through product diversification and greater visibility and customer confidence ensured by the certifications it holds.
The specific objectives of the project are:
1. Making a new investment consisting of diversifying the company's production and manufacturing a product that has not been manufactured before - Wastewater pumping group - due to the increase in production capacity with 6 tangible assets and 1 intangible asset, purchased within 12 months of signing the financing contract.
2. Using clean energy sources in the production unit and reducing CO2 equivalent emissions by purchasing a photovoltaic panel system
3. Ensuring the conditions for market growth by obtaining 2 certifications - process certification and new product certification - and participating in 1 international fair by the end of the project.
The expected results of the project are: ensuring the conditions for market growth by obtaining two certifications – process certification and new product certification – and participating in one international trade fair by the end of the project; using clean energy sources in the production unit and reducing CO2 equivalent emissions by purchasing a photovoltaic panel system; making a new investment consisting of diversifying the company's production and manufacturing a product that has not been manufactured before – a wastewater pumping group – by increasing production capacity with six tangible assets and one intangible asset, purchased within 12 months of signing the financing contract.
