In prezent, in portofoliul nostru de productie avem 22 de tipuri diferite de PCP pentru debite intre 1,6 ÷ 135 m³/zi x 100 rpm cu adancimi de ridicare de la 600 la 3000 m.

Pana acum am proiectat, fabricat si livrat peste 6500 PCP pentru diferite piete precum Romania, Federatia Rusa, Ucraina, Argentina, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Indonezia si Albania.

Proiectare PCP

Proiectare: conform ISO 15136-1/2009
Principiul de baza al design-ului nostru:

  • Q. teoretic la h max. ridicare cu 10 – 15% > Q nom. Teoretic
  • Presiuni diferentiale max. / pitch , au valori mici :
  • -3,5 ÷ 4,5 bar/pitch for small pumps 4 ÷ 23 m3
  • 4,5 ÷ 5,5 bar/pitch pentru pompe mari 33 ÷ 120 m3

Identificare si marcare

Fiecare pompa este marcata pentru identificare conform ISO 15136-1.

Stator:
  • producator
  • tipul pompei
  • model de profil
  • numarul seriei de fabricatie
  • tip elastomer
  • luna si anul fabricatiei
Rotor:
  • simbolul profilului elicoidal
  • numarul seriei de fabricatie
  • dimensiunea rotorului pentru potrivirea prin interferenta intre rotor-stator

Procesul de fabricatie al PCP

Procesul de fabricatie se desfasoara conform specificatiilor ISO 15136-1 pentru:

  • Design
  • Cerinte dimensionale si functionale
  • Cerinte de identificare si marcare
  • Examinari materiale si inspectii de proces
  • Testare
  • Transport si depozitare

Rotori

– Material 42CrMo4+QT, cromat dur, grosime minima 0,25mm

– Rotoarele sunt fabricate în 4 clase de potrivire prin interferenta: T – etans, N – normal, J – usor, JJ – liber pentru diferite conditii de sonda si temperatura de lucru:
